Amplify Care, a digital health data management expert, manages the data extraction process with minimal time required from participants. The process is non-disruptive and can be completed after hours to avoid interfering with clinic operations. Using clearly defined search criteria, Amplify Care generates detailed, personalized analyses for each participant.
Data Protection and Security
All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest and stored exclusively on Canadian servers. Data is destroyed within 30 days of program completion. Patient IDs are used to maintain anonymity and are not linked to identifiable individuals outside the source system.

Once you’ve reviewed and signed the QUEST Data Extraction Agreement, you’ll receive a follow-up email from ICI Medical introducing you to the Amplify Care team.

Amplify Care will reach out to schedule a brief onboarding call. During this call, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, and the team will collect the necessary details to set up your EMR data queries. The date for the data extraction will be confirmed at this time, and system access will be arranged.
